1.SCALABLE FINANCIAL AUTOMATED PROCESS SYSTEM (SFAPS)

To provide Client an Accounting System that would automate all accounting tasks and integrates all financial structure into one seamless system that would enhance the productivity and efficiency of the department  and it’s staff to their outmost capability.

Features and objectives:

• Automation of current manual system being utilized by the department
• Automation of the payment system and disbursement of funds, Employee allowances, commission payout and other benefits, and the management of the Company’s cash flow

2. HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS)

To provide a system for the Human Resources Department that would easily keep track all employees and information about them, and at the same time be utilized for the optimization of tasks and the achievement of greater efficiency and data extraction for the fast processing and implementation of HRD process.

• Personnel Data gathering, input and extraction of pertinent details
• Automation of processes like the payroll, commission, and benefits system
• Databank and tracking of personnel information, attendance, training, progress, and other important details about the employee
• Personnel daily time record logging through a fingerprint security system.

3. SHIPMENT TRACKING AND MONITORING SYSTEM (STAMS)

A comprehensive online shipment tracking system that covers activities from Waybill preparations to delivery fulfillment that uses barcoding technology. The system is equipped with multi layer system access security which protects and ensures data integrity.

It has two components:

1. STAMS Workstation operation - users will have access only to Waybill preparation and information updates for his  assigned account.

2. HUB Operation - consolidates all shipments from different workstations for centralized dispatching.

System features:

 - Secured data access

·         Multi level encrypted user password authentication defining tasks a user can perform.

·         Workstation authentication feature to prevent system access from unregistered computers.

                - Waybill Preparation:

Data encoding module where information like tracking number, shipment information and delivery information are saved. Tracking numbers are printed in text and barcode on the waybill.

            - Shipment Releasing to HUB:

Scanning module where waybill data is transferred to HUB as expected shipments.

- Shipment Receiving:

Handles two types of shipments being received at the HUB

·         fresh shipment prepared by a workstation

·         returned shipment due to unsuccessful delivery attempt.

In-HUB Inventory:

A module where combination of items from different accounts (fresh and returned) can be viewed. It shows the following:

• number of days a shipment was since it was first received at HUB,
• number of attempts made,
• reason for re-attempt and batch number where it belongs.

These are helpful information which can be considered for shipment routing.

Shipment Dispatching:

A module where shipments being dispatched are assigned to a courier (for delivery) with matching Delivery List.

Information Updates:

A module where waybill data are being processed and updated for unsuccessful attempts and for successful deliveries.

Shipment Tracking:

A module where the trail of transactions for particular shipments can be inquired at. A great tool for queries on the latest information on any shipment on process.

Standard Reports:

Provides the Management with useful information for a better planning and management such as:

• Inventory In-HUB
• Batch Monitoring
• Courier Performance
• Delayed Deliveries
• Over Due Shipments

Advantages:

• Since the system is online, there is absolutely no need to setup a Server thus reducing cost on buying Server Operating System license, Database license that runs on the server and its user licenses resulting to huge amount of financial savings that can be used for other important Company allocations.
• More savings for the Company by eliminating the need for an airconditioned  server room and hiring a full time database administrator. Minimizing costs for Electricity and other expensive resources.
• Requirement for a Broadband Internet Connection is a standard on every successful Company nowadays and is the only necessary requirement for the Computer intended to be setup as workstation to run STAMS. Compared to the savings on electricity and other resources mentioned above, this requirement for an Internet Connection is miniscule and Fast Internet Connections are getting cheaper each passing day.
• And since the workstation is connected to the internet, it is no longer necessary for the workstation to be within the network where the HUB is. It may be located remotely where waybills and shipments are prepared for transfer to the central HUB for distribution and still be connected to the system.

7. SSM ONLINE DATABASE SYSTEM (SODS) 

Introduction:

SSM Online Database System or SODS is a universal database system that is flexible and at the same time, configurable to follow the clients current system so that overhead and learning needs is minimize because it conforms as much as possible to what the current system flow of the clients manual system.

The idea is not to deviate far from what is currently in place and if there is any, it should be simplified and easy.

The SODS has a base database system that is plugged in by modules. It caters from the simple accounting system to integration of various necessities like Taxation and other requirements. The accounting or financial system has, aside from the basic accounting, an Inventory system module, Sales (Incoming) and Payables (Outgoing) module, Cash Flow module, Taxation Module, Electronic and Automated Receipts and invoicing,  Payroll Module (linked to HRIS), and other required features.

It can also integrate an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) module that includes payroll and Daily time records. DTR can be automated and processed through the use of finger print scanning to a much technologically oriented RF scanning. HRIS is a system that lets you keep track of all your employees and information about them. The system includes the employee name and contact information and all or some of the following: Department,

Job title, Grade, Salary, Salary history, Position history, Supervisor, Training completed,

Special qualifications, Ethnicity, Date of birth, Disabilities, Benefits selected, and more.

HRIS includes reporting capabilities. It can even track applicants before they become employees. SODS HRIS can be interfaced to payroll or other parts of the financial system. 

Aside from these, Schools can integrate their enrollment system through the enrollment and student data modules which can be automated and linked for other use, such as a Student Database system, payments, attendance, parental monitoring, grading system, history, discounts, links to other students, to the most detailed canteen foods and expenses, etc... all these data can be defined and configured to cater to the school's (and parents) need.

Faculty data, their academic studies, achievements, seminars, loads, histories, salaries, and other data can also be recorded through the faculty and employees modules.
