  1. LIVE SECURITY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT SERVICE

To provide IT Administration, services, and solution to Client’s Corporate Network that would enable the Company to focus in it’s core competency with it’s IT Infrastructure working harmoniously in the background.

Features, terms, and services:

  • Physical and Remote Administration of the network LAN and Web Services (WAN)
  • Provision of an IT Technical Personnel that would be physically present once a week (as agreed upon by Client and SSM) in Client’s premises that would allow all Client staff to interact and do their respective IT service request or complain and the rectification  on the part of the Sarisarimall (SSM) personnel.
  • Within 4 hours response time on urgent requirements (with request falling under the time of 1:00PM onwards to be responded within the day or the first hour of the next day). Guaranteed Next Working Day response time on other matters less urgent.
  • Web and online services administration and ISP interaction
  • Provision of an emergency dialup connection for the retrieval of urgent emails that would allow Client to have it’s email services even in times of ISP failure of Internet Services
  • Back up and archiving of Web and Company data
  • Security check and simulation tests
  • Outlining course of IT standards and services, updates, and new technologies and advising of Client on cost effective solution requirements, application, implementation and utilization for the benefit of Client.
  • Provision of 1 emergency replacement unit (workstation) at a time for use by Client personnel in times of pull out of workstations that would take a significant time to fix
  • Automatic increase of SSM Subscribed Web hosting space from 1GB to 10GB (If hosting is subscribed from SSM)
  • Use of SSM data and call center that would be the first line of support for any service call made by Client
  • Priority on repair and rectification services
  • Regular Preventive Maintenance and Virus updates of Workstation and servers.
  • Annual Preventive Maintenance of Printer/s
  • Website maintenance and updates including page uploads, email creations and deletions, and other Technical Administrative tasks.

 

Benefit with SSM LSMaintenance Agreement:

  • No On-Leave personnel since our staff works on a round robin system that will enable on-leave personnel to be replaced and have their work assignments temporarily assigned to the next vacant personnel.
  • No downtime on email services since a Dial up backup system is provided for the purpose of this eventuality.
  • No need to pay an IT Staff a 13th month pay and other benefits. Sarisarimall will provide their people with the benefits due them
  • Discount on Laptop Computer rental when needed
  • No need to send personnel for training. SSM provides training for their personnel for competency.
  • Backed up by Sarisarimall’s well trained technical professionals and proven Quality Maintenance Technique and responses

 

Service Option: Full Maintenance Agreement (inclusive of parts and upgrades)

  • Includes all of Standard Maintenance Agreement Features and Benefits
  • Inclusive of initial necessary FREE upgrades to existing covered units to be determined by Sarisarimall
  • Inclusive of FREE defective parts replacement or upgrade if parts are no longer available (limited to single part of the same type. Parts upgrade that will involve other parts that is no longer practical in terms of cost are considered obsolete and should be dealt with accordingly)
  • Inclusive of a FREE 30GB Web Hosting upon expiration of current Hosting contract
  • Leasing of units that badly needs to be replaced or declared obsolete by both parties or by SSM with valid reason beyond question in IT Standards with terms of 1, 2, or 3 years that is co-terminus with the Full Maintenance Agreement contract.

Note: Prices are dependent on location, age and condition of units, and number of units

NOTE: Software usage and licensing are within Client’s area of responsibility. Sarisarimall cannot and will not be faulted nor take responsibility on any incident arising from any illegal, wrong, or misusage of any software used by Client’s IT Infrastructure and Facility and Client’s personnel.

Maintenance Services are flexible with variations depending on client’s needs and requirements.

 

2.       NETWORK AND INTERNETWORK DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION

Network (LAN, WAN, Internet, Remote Access) design, construction, and implementation.

 

3.       SYSTEMS DESIGN AND ADMINISTRATION

Server systems design, automation, and administration inclusive of security implementation services.

 

4.       SYSTEMS INTEGRATION SERVICES

Whole systems design and integration depending on client’s requirements

 

5.       SECURITY TESTS AND REVIEW SERVICES

Security tests and review implementations, providing results and advices on how to plug holes and close security loops.
